Kirk Maldiner is a Registered Dietitian who began his career in 2024 after graduating from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Before pursuing nutrition, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, but ultimately returned to school to follow his passion for health, wellness, and the opportunity to work more personally and creatively with patients. Kirk currently works in acute care, where he has gained experience providing nutrition support to a diverse and complex patient population across a wide range of medical conditions.

Kirk is committed to educating and empowering others, and he believes that small, sustainable changes can lead to meaningful, long-term improvements in health and overall quality of life. His approach centers on meeting patients where they are and creating realistic, supportive strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Outside of his professional work, Kirk is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular love for soccer. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, experiences that continue to shape both his personal perspective and his approach to wellness.
