Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Brett Lemma is a dedicated Registered Dietitian committed to helping individuals build sustainable, healthful relationships with food. Brett earned his Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from D’Youville University and is currently completing his MBA at the University at Buffalo, further strengthening his expertise in leadership and healthcare operations.

Brett follows a food-first approach to nutrition, emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods before supplementation. He prioritizes creating long-term, sustainable plans tailored to each client’s lifestyle, goals, and unique nutritional needs. His approach ensures clients feel supported, confident, and equipped to achieve lasting success.

Outside of his professional work, Brett enjoys staying active both indoors and outdoors. He spends his free time weight training, hiking, running, golfing, and reading.
